Configuring the Zip Console

Welcome to Phase 2 of Onboarding - Configuring the Zip Console!

In this phase, your Zip Customer Success manager will get to work provisioning, and integrating your security tools and the Zip console. This phase is largely led by the Zip team, but will require some actions to be completed by the client (e.g. connecting your IdP, setting up SSO). In this phase, your you’ll work with your Zip Customer Success manager to configure the Zip Console to reflect the controls and compliance frameworks your organization requires.
The below activities are the key steps to configuring your Zip Console. We recommend a quick meeting where we can walk through this together, and provide a demo of the platform’s functionality. Equally, if you’d rather complete this async, you can follow this guide for step-by-step instructions.

Key Activities:

  1. Turn on Modules & Controls
    1. Here we will walk through turning on the modules and controls that you’d like enabled, and ensure that all controls are available.
  1. Set up Compliance Frameworks
    1. We’ll also walk through turning on compliance frameworks. Our ‘1-click’ feature allows you to simply toggle on the compliance frameworks you’d like to enable.
